Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various sections of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More materials made public as part of the current investigative release.
